The bond proposal was developed by citizens from across our community to manage the fast growth of the Brock ISD student population. Growing enrollment guides the plan and a growing tax base provides increased revenue to fund the plan. The $69 million package will not be issued all at once. The bonds will only be sold as needed and as the bonding capacity becomes available.
